The Lonti Console includes a User Directory that allows you to manage both individual users and user groups. User groups simplify the management of access to your Organisation’s products and subscriptions by allowing permissions to be granted collectively.
Requirements to Manage User Groups

Account Owner; or
Administrator; or
Power User
Accessing the User Directory
Log in to the Lonti Console.
Click the Cog icon in the top navigation bar.
Select Users & Groups from the menu to open the User Directory.
Benefits of Using Groups
Simplified Management: Assigning a group to a subscription ensures all group members automatically have access to the subscription.
Automatic Revocation: Removing a user from a group will automatically revoke their access to all subscriptions previously accessible via the group.
Creating a User Group
In the User Directory, click on the Groups menu.
Click the Add Group button.
Provide the following details for the group:
Group Name (required)
Description (optional)
Click Create to finalize the new group.
Assigning Users to a Group
Navigate to the Groups menu in the User Directory.
Select the group to which you want to assign users.
Click the Add User button.
Select the user(s) from the list and confirm the assignment.
