How Do I Upgrade or Downgrade My Plan?

You can upgrade or downgrade your Organisation’s plan at any time through the Lonti Console. Follow the steps below to make changes to your plan.

Requirements to Upgrade or Downgrade a Plan

  • Role Required [learn more]:

    • Account Owner; or

    • Administrator

Steps to Upgrade or Downgrade a Plan

  1. Log in to the Console:

    • Use your account credentials to access the Lonti Console.

  2. Access Account & Billing:

    • Click the Cog icon in the main navigation bar.

    • Select Account & Billing from the menu.

  3. Modify Your Plan:

    • Click the Subscriptions menu and scroll down to the Lonti Plan section.

    • Click the Cog icon next to your current plan and select Modify Plan.

    • Follow the prompts to upgrade or downgrade your plan.

Notes

  • Upgrades:

    • Changes take effect immediately, giving you instant access to the features of the new plan.

  • Downgrades:

    • Changes take effect at the end of your current billing term.

    • Downgrades may affect features and usage limits. Ensure the new plan meets your requirements before confirming the downgrade.
