Changing your password in the Lonti Console can be done whether you are logged into the Console or not. Follow the steps below based on your current access.
When Already Logged Into the Console
Click on the Organisation Name in the top-right corner of the Console.
Select Profile and Preferences from the dropdown menu.
Go to the Settings tab.
Enter your current password and your new password.
Click the Change Password button to save your changes.
If Not Yet Logged Into the Console
Navigate to the Lonti Console login page at https://console.lonti.com/login.
Click the Forgot your password? link below the login form.
Enter your email address as the Username and click the Reset My Password button.
Check your email for a verification message.
Click the link in the email to confirm the password reset request.
Enter your new password in the form provided and save your changes.
